Thankful No One Was Hurt

When my wife and I were charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors, we were just as shocked as anyone else. We had no idea that our two sons had a party in our house while we were both at work, and that drinking went on as well as some drug use too. One of the other parents called the police when her kid came home drunk and while I do not blame her for that, I do think that my wife and I are being unfairly judged. Last night James Malinchak appeared on ABC’s Secret Millionaire show . The show has been a great success for ABC with some of its largest ratings achieved at the prime time 8PM slot. Last nights show was a little different in that James took the opportunity to launch a new product aimed at turning ordinary people into millionaires at the same time.

His claim somewhat simplistically is that if you can put yourself into a success mindset then inevitable success will follow. Maybe I’m been overly critical but using the exposure gained from a show that focus’s on helping the needy to launch a product that is sure to make him more millions seem somewhat cynical.
